Welcome Home Properties was founded in 2012 with a simple idea: renting a home should feel straightforward, and the people managing it should be reachable. Fourteen years later we manage hundreds of homes across Walla Walla and College Place from our office on Colville Street.
Our team of nine manages every aspect of the rental experience — showing homes, screening applications, coordinating repairs, and answering the phone when you call. No call centers, no ticket queues that go nowhere.
